Refund Policy — Worker Bee Safety Training

​

1. General Refund Policy

All payments made to Worker Bee Safety Training are final. Refunds are only issued when a participant cancels at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the training.

Any cancellation made within 48 hours, including no‑shows or failure to attend for any reason, is not eligible for a refund.


2. How to Request a Refund

To qualify for a refund, participants must:

  • Submit a cancellation request in writing (email or text message accepted)

  • Ensure the request is received 48 hours or more before the training begins

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.


3. Rescheduling

If you cannot attend your scheduled session:

  • You may request to reschedule to another available class

  • Requests made within 48 hours of the class may be subject to a fee or may not be accommodated, depending on availability


4. Cancellations by Worker Bee Safety Training

If Worker Bee Safety Training must cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances, participants may choose:

  • A full refund, or

  • Transfer to another available training date


5. Non‑Refundable Items

The following are not refundable under any circumstances:

  • No‑shows

  • Late arrivals resulting in missed training

  • Failure to meet course requirements for certification

  • Digital or online training materials already accessed
